I had my first experience ever with any Dysport/Botox treatment. I met Lucy for the first time due to a friend referring me. I’m a baby with needles & barely felt my injections. Lucy was wonderful and answered all of my questions!

I have been to many Med Spas but I have truly never felt so understood and accepted as I have at Lucy’s. From the moment you walk in, everyone at front desk is warm and welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The first consultation I had with Lucy, she took so much time to really listen to my concerns, never once making me feel like any question was too small, and never pushing any one treatment or product. She offered treatments based off my goals and lifestyle and I left that first appointment immediately texting all of my friends about what a fantastic, above-and-beyond experience I had. When I went in for my Laser + Microneedling appointment, again, I was greeted with warm smiles, taken back immediately (even though I was early) and was given thorough prep by Jess prior to my appointment. Lucy came in and made me feel like I was the only client in the world! I cannot stress enough how comfortable and valued they make you feel. One week later and my results are already great. The worker at the grocery store said, after checking my ID, “wow! You have young genetics!” LOL. Thank you, Lucy!!!!

Like most people, I read reviews before trying something new. There will always be mixed opinions—what one person loves, another might completely dislike. What many forget is that everyone’s body and pain tolerance is different. What feels like nothing to me might be a 10/10 pain level for someone else. That said, I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I’m nearing 40 and, up until now, the most I’ve done for my skin is a good old facial at my local spa. I met Megan to discuss skincare options and explore treatments—not to erase wrinkles, but to proactively maintain a youthful appearance. I also have lupus, which adds another layer of consideration when it comes to treatments. Megan went above and beyond, consulting with her rep to ensure everything used would be safe for me and wouldn’t trigger a flare-up. We started with the ZO Skin Health regimen (which I love), and I recently had the Sofwave treatment on my neck and brow area. If you’ve ever had dental numbing, think of that first quick pinch—that’s the closest comparison. At most, it felt like a few tiny pricks on the skin, and that was it. No major discomfort at all. Just remember, results aren’t instant. Go into it with realistic expectations, patience, and most importantly, a knowledgeable practitioner. This place checks all the boxes!
